Les Roches International School of Hotel Management prepares international students committed to a career in the service industries for success. Its model hospitality education programs balance theory with practice, independent learning with strong faculty support, and a foundation for lifelong learning with the skills for immediate employment and progress to leadership positions in the industry.

The Bachelor Degree in International Hotel Management is a 3,5-year program, which fully prepares students to enter the hospitality industry with confidence and particularly develops management theories and competencies using a range of teaching and learning processes. Students must choose one of the following specializations in the final year to be awarded with a BBA (Hons) in International Hotel Management. There are six specializations to choose from: Event Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Finance, Innovation and Sustainability, Health and Wellness Management.

During Study at Les Roches International School, students will rotate through Les Roches campuses in in Shanghai, China; Marbella, Spain; and Bluche, Switzerland with their classmates. Together they will experience cultural immersion through cultural weeks, culinary courses, and language classes.


There is also an internship program. Internships are part of the majority of the programs and play an important role in all undergraduate level studies. This valuable experience enables students to put into practice their theoretical knowledge and to face real work situations that are encountered in today’s fast evolving environment. Internships also increase their employability as they enter their professional lives with an education coupled with extensive professional work experience.


Students are accommodated in a number of residential buildings in Bluche. All rooms have ample storage space, comfortable beds and a place to study. Communal areas where students gather to work on projects, or just to relax, are available in most residences.

In addition to on-campus facilities, students have access to plenty of recreational and sport activities outside campus. Crans-Montana is just 10 minutes away and offers a wide range of restaurants, bars, clubs and shops.  Crans-Montana is a modern and fashionable ski resort which composed of two villages: Crans, which is where most of the shopping is located; and Montana, where sports and other activities take place.


People come from all over the world to enjoy the sports on offer: golfing, hiking and mountain biking in summer, and skiing and snow sports in winter. Crans-Montana is a second residence to many famous celebrities and diplomats.
