Here are 9 techniques to score a scholarship (Part. 1)
1. Good and stable grades
Most universities offer their scholarship to any students whose grades remain steady during the whole period, from grade 10 to 12. Make sure you have overall good and stable grades. Spend enough amount of study time to make this happen.
2. English preparation
One of the success keys in studying abroad is a good command of communicating in English. The two most common language measurements are IELTS™ (International English Language Testing System) and TOEFL®iBT (Test Of English as Foreign Language, Internet Based Test). Since the beginning of your high school study, you may prepare yourself with taking IELTS™ or TOEFL® preparation test. If required, you would still have enough to take English courses to achieve your desired score.
3. Recommendation letter
Another scholarship requirement that a university will ask from you is the recommendation letter from your high school teacher. Therefore, you may wish to maintain good relationship with your teachers, so they will gladly give you the best written recommendation.
4. Active in organizations
Be wise with your youth by doing positive activities such as being active in school organizations. Besides giving you valuable experiences, being involved in an organization will also give you more friends. The activities you do will give a good point and good for your future CV.[:]
