£3,000 scholarships for September 2019 and January 2020 intake.

Scholarships will be automatically given to the student who confirmed their place at the University.

A Vice Chancellor’s Award (a £3,000 automatic tuition fee bursary) to South East Asia-domiciled applicants for full-time taught undergraduate or postgraduate courses starting in September 2019 and January 2020.

Eligibility:

1. Must be domiciled in South East Asia (Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand, Singapore, the Philippines or Vietnam).

2. Must be a self-financing student eligible to pay international tuition fees.

3. The award will be applied pro rata to the following courses, resulting in the values outlined below:
- MSc Financial Management CIMA Fast Track Route – £1,500 discount
- MSc Accounting and Finance ACCA Fast Track Route – £1,500 discount
- Graduate Certificate International Pre-Masters in Business and English – £1,500

4. You will only receive the award for your first year of study.

5. You must not have previously studied at Sheffield Hallam.

6. Your fee cannot also be discounted by another arrangement such as a corporate contract or partnership discount.

7. You may qualify for both an award and a scholarship but you will only be eligible to receive one of these offers. You would be able to accept the highest award or scholarship that you are offered.

8. You must meet the entry requirements in your offer letter before you can enrol.

9. If you are eligible for the award, you are still required to pay any relevant deposits and 50% of the remainder of the discounted fee before or at enrolment.

10. All decisions on eligibility for these awards are at the University's discretion and are final.

Transform Together Scholarships are exclusively for international and European Union (non-UK) students starting a full-time taught course in 2019/20. A half fee waiver (50% discount) is available for postgraduate courses (only applied to the first year's fees for programs which are two years or more in length) and for each year of an undergraduate degree.

Eligibility:

1. Be an international or a European Union (non-UK) fee paying student

2. (postgraduate only) - have achieved a minimum 2.1 or equivalent in your honours degree and must meet the English and academic entry requirements for your course.

3. (undergraduate only) - have achieved the English and academic entry requirements for the course. If you are awarded an undergraduate scholarship, you must successfully complete each year of study to continue to receive the fee waiver.

4. Have accepted an offer for a full-time taught undergraduate or postgraduate course at Sheffield Hallam University.

5. Be fully self-funding your studies.

6. Be able to pay any additional fees your course may require, for example field trips.

7. Not have already started the course for which you are applying for a scholarship.

The scholarship applications are for courses starting in September 2019.

The closing date for applications is 31 May 2019.

Study Abroad Scholarships are exclusively for international and European Union (non-UK) students starting a Study Abroad international certificate course or international diploma in September 2019 and January 2020. A half fee waiver (50% discount) is available for diploma or certificate courses.

Scholarships are awarded to students who can demonstrate excellent academic achievement. Applicants also need to describe how they will stand out from the crowd as an ambassador for Sheffield Hallam University during and after their studies.

Eligibility:

1. Be an international or a European Union (non-UK) fee paying student
2. Have achieved the English and academic entry requirements for the course.
3. Have accepted an offer for a Study Abroad international certificate or international diploma course at Sheffield Hallam University.
4. Be able to pay any additional fees your course may require, for example field trips.

The closing date for applications for September 2019 is 31st May and 1 November for January 2020.
