The scholarship is available for outstanding Griffith College Diploma graduates who are articulating into an undergraduate degree program at Griffith University.

*Benefits: AU$3,000 toward first trimester tuition fees

*To be eligible students must:

• Be a citizen of a country other than Australia or New Zealand
• Be a commencing (not existing) student at Griffith University
• Be enrolling as a full-time student in an undergraduate degree at Griffith University following completion of a Diploma at Griffith College

No scholarship application is required for this scholarship. One scholarship is automatically awarded to the Griffith College student who receives the highest Diploma grade in each of Griffith College's three trimesters.

*Terms and conditions:

Scholarship covers 25% of tuition fees for the duration of the program.

*Applicants must:

- Be a citizen of a country other than Australia or New Zealand

- A graduate or graduating from a high school in Australia or Indonesia and have not previously attempted tertiary study, must complete a one-year study at a recognized tertiary institution or higher institution (in addition to completion of a high school study) with a minimum average score (GPA) of 5.5 on a scale of 7.0 or 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. High school graduates are considered

- Have applied and be eligible for admission, or be in receipt of a conditional or unconditional offer from the University, for entry into an undergraduate degree by the scholarship closing date

- Have satisfied all appropriate entry requirements for the proposed degree program, including results of previous study and English language proficiency as per Griffith University's entry requirements

- Be commencing and enrolling as a new a full-time student in an undergraduate degree in Trimester 2 or 3 2019 at Griffith University

*Students must provide:

• A completed scholarship application form by the published closing dates
• A certified/attested true copy of academic transcripts and supporting documentation demonstrating strong academic merit

*Award detail:

- Each intake, Griffith International will award scholarships to the students with the highest academic entry scores commencing in an eligible degree program

- The course duration is defined as the ‘Program Length’ as stated in your Letter of Offer, less any credit received for previous study. Each deduction will be applied by the Griffith University census date of each relevant trimester of the program

The Academic Merit Scholarship has a value of 20% of tuition fees.

Eligibility:

1. Be a citizen of a country other than Australia or New Zealand.
2. Have a minimum GPA in previous studies of 5.0 to 5.49 on a 7 point scale or equivalent. Check your suitability in the Minimum GPA criteria (PDF).
3. Satisfy all academic and English language entry requirements for your chosen undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program.
4. Be a full-time student starting in either Trimester 3 2020, or Trimester 1, 2 or 3 2021.

The Academic Excellence Scholarship has a value of 25% of tuition fees.

Eligibility:

1. Be a citizen of a country other than Australia or New Zealand.
2. Have a minimum GPA in previous studies of 5.5 or above on a 7 point scale or equivalent. Check your suitability in the Minimum GPA criteria (PDF).
3. Satisfy all academic and English language entry requirements for your chosen undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program.
4. Be a full-time student starting in either Trimester 3 2020, or Trimester 1, 2 or 3 2021.
