Eligibility

a) Students may be eligible if they have excellent results in one of the following categories:

- Australian Year 12 or equivalent international secondary school qualification;

- Foundation Studies programs approved for direct admission to Bachelor degrees and offered at an institution recognised by UOW;

- Diploma or other academic pathway program approved for admission with credit exemption from an institution with which UOW has a formal agreement;

- Up to one year of study in a Bachelor degree at a recognised University, where there is no credit exemption awarded to study at UOW.

b) The scholarship will be available to students enrolling in Bachelor degrees at UOW (Australian campuses only) except for the following: Doctor of Medicine; Nursing; 4 year Nutrition & Dietetics; 4 year Exercise Science & Rehabilitation; Education, Social Work; and Psychology (all degrees).

c) Must be a holder of an Australia Diplomatic visa 955.

The UOW Sydney Business School Bursary Scheme is a 20% discount of the full tuition fee available to International
students commencing their first course at Sydney Business School, University of Wollongong. The bursary is available for students enrolled at the Sydney or Wollongong campus.

Eligibility:

a.) Students enrolled in the following courses as at the census date of Trimester 1, Trimester 2 or Trimester 3,
2019 are eligible for a Bursary Scheme for up to 16 subjects completed under the following courses:

- Master of Applied Finance (Single and Double Specialisation)
- Master of Business (Single and Double Specialisation)
- Master of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration (Advanced)
- Master of Professional Accounting and Master of Professional Accounting (Advanced) or
- Master of Science (Single and Double Specialisation)

OR

b.) Students enrolled in the Graduate Certificate in Business, the Graduate Certificate of Professional Accounting
or the Graduate Certificate of Applied Finance as at the Census Date of Trimester 1, Trimester 2 or Trimester 3, 2019 who also have a packaged offer with one of the courses listed at 4(a) are eligible for a Bursary Scheme
for up to 16 subjects completed under both the Graduate Certificate and the Master courses.

c.) Students deferring the start of their course until 2020 or a later year are not eligible for the Bursary Scheme.

Only students enrolling at the University of Wollongong, Sydney Business School for the first time in 2019 are eligible
for the Bursary Scheme.

a) commencing their first degree at the University of Wollongong (excluding UOW College) in 2019

Eligibility

This scholarship may be available to students if they are;

a) commencing their first degree at the University of Wollongong (excluding UOW College) in 2019

b) enrolling in Master of Education Advanced, Master of Public Health Advanced or Master of Work and Safety.

c) an international student that comes from one of the following nationalities; Argentina, Bangladesh, Bolivian, Brazil, Cambodia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Ghana, Guyana, India, Indonesia, Iran, Kenya, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Paraguay, Peru, Sri Lanka, Suriname, Thailand, Turkey, Uruguay, Venezuela, Vietnam, Zimbabwe.

We're offering a limited number of accommodation scholarships worth AU$5,000 to international students staying in a UOW student residence in 2019.

Value: AU$5,000

Duration: One (1) year

Level of enrolment: First year at UOW in 2019

The bursary comes in the form of a $5,000 payment that will be paid directly towards the cost of your first year of accommodation in the UOW student residence of your choice.

To be eligible for an International Student Accommodation Scholarship, you need to do two things:

- Apply and accept your offer to study at UOW in 2019 to receive your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).

- Apply to live in a UOW residence in 2019 (you'll need to pay a $26 application fee to do this). Apply online

- The number of scholarships available is limited, so we recommend that you apply early to avoid missing out.
