£ 1000 Early bird bursary is available to applicants who pay their deposit of by 22^nd December 2018. This cash back is on the first year fees of a full time Undergraduate or Postgraduate taught programme delivered at our Sunderland and London Campuses only.

Eligibility criteria:

• The deposit payment has to be received and in the University of Sunderland’s bank account by the 22^nd December 2018. The University will not be held liable for any delays with overseas banks and it is your responsibility to ensure funds are received by the University before the deadline

• This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any accommodation scholarships or alumni bursaries the student may be eligible to receive. The student must contact the University if they want to withdraw any scholarships they have already have received to take advantage of the early bird bursary or not to participate in the early bird bursary offer.

• The bursary is only available for full time taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses being delivered at our Sunderland and London campuses.

• The applicant cannot be a current student at the University of Sunderland (both Sunderland and London or CEG ON Campus Sunderland)

• Applicants must be classified as an 'International' student for fee purposes

The Academic Excellence Scholarship is an exciting free accommodation scholarship for students who are from Indonesia to study with the University of Sunderland worth GBP 3000.

Successful scholarship holders will receive free accommodation in the University's Clanny House accommodation for the following duration:

1. Undergraduate students - for the first year of study only

2. Postgraduate students - for the duration of the course stated on your offer letter

Eligibility:

1. Must be making an application from Indonesia and a national of one of these countries: Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Thailand, Indonesia and Philippines  

2. Must meet all conditions outlined in the offer letter

3. Must apply for either an Undergraduate or Postgraduate programme starting in September or October 2020 at Sunderland Campus.

4. Academic performance equivalent to 2:1 degree or 136 New UCAS tariff points (AAB) and above

5. Must pay deposit before deadline stated in the provisionally approved scholarship email

6. Limited places are offered on a first come, first served basis, at the discretion of the University
