Le Cordon Bleu pada awalnya adalah sebuah sekolah memasak bermarkas di Paris yang didirikan tahun 1895. Sekarang, Le Cordon Bleu adalah institusi terbesar dalam pendidikan perhotelan dengan lebih dari 50 sekolah di dunia. Le Cordon Bleu Australia berlokasi di Adelaide,Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, dan kampus terbaru di Brisbane (Feb 2018).
