Le Cordon Bleu pada awalnya adalah sebuah sekolah memasak bermarkas di Paris yang didirikan tahun 1895. Sekarang, Le Cordon Bleu adalah institusi terbesar dalam pendidikan perhotelan dengan lebih dari 50 sekolah di dunia. Le Cordon Bleu Australia berlokasi di Adelaide,Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, dan kampus terbaru di Brisbane (Feb 2018). Perlu diingat bahwa beberapa program yang ditawarkan di satu kampus mungkin saja dapat berbeda di kampus lainnya.

Le Cordon Bleu mempunyai pengalaman lebih dari 100 tahun mengajarkan pendidikan perhotelan, menandakan bahwa lulusan dipersiapkan untuk memulai karir internasional karena mereka dianggap mampu. Selain itu, mahasiswa akan diajarkan oleh pendidik yang ahli di bidangnya. Setiap tahunnya, kurang lebih 1.400 pelajar internasional datang dari lebih 20 negara dan memulai studinya di Le Cordon Bleu. Ini akan menjadi pengalaman belajar dan hidup yang tentunya dikenang, karena kampus di Sydney dikelilingi oleh tempat wisata terkenal Australia seperti Opera House dan Sydney Harbour Bridge. Sedangkan, kampus di Melbourne merupakan lingkungan di mana beragam budaya dan populasi bertemu.

Di Le Cordon Bleu Australia, kampus Ryde memudahkan proses belajar mahasiswa karena mereka berhak menggunakan dapur, ruang makan, dan bar. Selain itu, ada laboratorium sains khusus makanan dan perpustakaan yang diisi buku, jurnal, dan fasilitas yang mendukung riset anda.
