WHAT IS SAT I® REASONING TEST?

SAT I® – Reasoning Test is a test that used the most worldwide in the history of entrance test to get into college. Generally, the participants take the SAT I® when they sit in junior high or when they are in high school and plan to continue their studies to the United States or Singapore. SAT I® to measure students’ ability in critical thinking for success in college.


WHAT IS SAT I® ?

SAT I® is a global test given to show what the students have learnt in school and how well the students can apply that knowledge. This test tests their knowledge of reading, writing, and mathematics – subjects that are taught in junior high and high school classes. Most students take the SAT I® test as one of the conditions asked by universities in the United States or to obtain scholarships at public universities in Singapore.


SAT I® TEST STRUCTURE

  1. Critical reading session includes readings and completing sentences.
  2. The writing session includes a short essay and answer selected questions in identifying faults and development of the use of grammar.
  3. Mathematics session includes the questions of arithmetic and algebra, geometry, statistics, and the possibility (probability).

Currently, when we log-in to https://sat.collegeboard.org – SAT I® we will find the new structure called Redesigned SAT® which starts per month in March 2016.

SAT I® TEST PREPARATION

The best way to prepare for the SAT I® is by taking SAT preparation course before the international SAT I® exam.


This preparation is highly recommended because it can help students to have a better knowledge about the type of matter and can feel comfortable with the test format and types of questions. Best SAT I® practice test is PSAT / NMSQT, which includes subjects of the condition of time.
