Studi in Kendall College. Kendall College is a world leader in culinary arts education, and one of the most creative, experiential and international culinary and hospitality schools in the U.S. Founded in 1934, it is ranked as the No.1 Chicago program for preparing students for culinary arts careers and hospitality management careers (TNS Survey 2013).

The campus is located in a renovated 100-year old factory building along the Chicago River at Goose Island.

School of Culinary Arts Programs

The School of Culinary Arts prepares you for a successful career and eventual leadership roles across the food industry. Four programs are offered:

Undergraduate

• Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts (7 quarters full-time, 13 quarters part-time)
• Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts, Accelerated Program (5 quarters)
• Associate of Applied Science in Baking & Pastry (6 quarters)
• Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts (4 years)

The School of Hospitality Management curriculum is a business management program with a focus on the hospitality industry that is a combination of theory and real-world application.

Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management (4 years)

The following concentrations are available:

• Asset Management
• Beverage Management
• Hotel / Lodging Management
• Meeting, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition (MICE)
• Restaurant / Food and Beverage Management
• Sports Management
• Sustainable Management in Hospitality and Tourism

International School of Business

The International School of Business prepares entrepreneurs for success in small to mid-size businesses around the world. You’ll learn alongside international students and have opportunities to study abroad within the Laureate International Universities network.

Bachelor of Arts in Business (4 years)

• International Business
• Management
