A wolf, wanting to catch a sheep, decided to disguise himself in a sheep's skin. He thought that if he looked like a sheep, he would be able to approach them easily.

Contoh Narrative Text Legend

Malin Kundang

Long ago in West Sumatra, there was a young man named Malin Kundang. He lived with his poor mother in a small village. After reaching adulthood, Malin decided to sail across the sea to find fortune.

Complication

Years passed, and Malin became a successful merchant. When he returned to his village, he was accompanied by a beautiful wife and rich clothes. His mother, now an old woman, went to greet him, but Malin, embarrassed by her humble appearance, denied her as his mother.

Enraged by her trick, Bandung Bondowoso turned Roro Jonggrang into a stone statue. She became part of the 1,000th temple, now known as the Prambanan Temple, which stands as a reminder of the legend.

Toba Lake
